The restaurant at the Mościcki **** Resort & Conference Hotel in Spała will surprise even the greatest connoisseurs of fine cuisine. The dishes served by our experienced Chef – Adam Koperkiewicz – are a great choice for all kinds of events: business conferences, trainings, weekend breaks, but also weddings, first communion parties and other types of receptions.
ADAM KOPERKIEWICZ – born in Tomaszów, graduated form a culinary school. He perfected his skills cooking for many years on ferries travelling across the Mediterranean Sea. Our Chef has participated in and won many culinary competitions and shows, both in Poland and abroad. He is also a master confectioner. His superb desserts complement each of the main dishes perfectly. From the wide range of the original desserts we especially recommend the Imperial cheesecake and Anna Feodorovna’s apple pie.We serve dishes from European cuisine; however, Polish specialties constitute the main part of the menu, prepared from fresh products delivered by our local and regional suppliers. The Spała Forests are a historic cradle of the Polish hunting tradition. We take from it by the handful: We discover the best recipes from the old days and adjust them to the modern expectations of our guests.The spacious restaurant room that – thanks to its decorations – is a reference to the 1930s is by no means the only dining space we offer. For all those who desire to dine outdoors we seasonally open the Vienna Terrace. From May until October it serves as a summer garden. Those who decide to visit us can have their pick from our special barbeque menu and taste some of our delicious wines.
The guests who book their accommodation in the Penthouse rooms can additionally enjoy the Japanese Garden, which allows for the organisation of closed events and private meetings in the unique surroundings of century-old oaks and pines.
